Straight from the Le Creuset factory to you, our Factory to Table Destination Shopping Events are hosted in various cities nationwide. Every shopping session features exclusive discounts on a vast selection of products from around the world, including limited-edition colors as well as rare shapes and styles.

 

We have many passionate fans of Le Creuset and our product, and as such we have seen an exponential increase in interest and demand for our Factory to Table Events.  For this most recent event in particular, the demand overwhelmed some of our systems and uncovered opportunities for Le Creuset to provide a better experience in the future.  The response far outpaced anything we had experienced before, and we owe it to all our fans to be better.

Yes. You can purchase up to 6 tickets for any day, including the VIP Day. Transactions with more than six (6) tickets will be asked to transfer the balance of tickets over the limit to family members or friends. Only one Mystery box per ticketed person allowed, regardless of how many sessions are purchased.

The only tickets guaranteed for authenticity are purchased directly through TicketSpice.

Yes. Please have either the printed ticket or digital ticket available to be scanned at event check-in. For any questions about your previously purchased ticket please email factorytotable.us@lecreuset.com.

Absolutely, but you must do so in advance and will be pending availability in any given session of equal value. Please email factorytotable.us@lecreuset.com with the full name you have registered under as well as your preferred shopping session.

Yes, please email factorytotable.us@lecreuset.com and provide the name the ticket was purchased under and for what day. A replacement ticket can be emailed to the address on the file.

There are no guarantees additional tickets will be released. Notifications for additional tickets released will be posted on our Facebook event ad. Please refer to our events tab on Facebook for more information.

Thursday June 6th from 9:30 am – 6:30 pm. Pre-registration is required for VIP sessions. Tickets for VIP Sessions are $25 each.

Tickets to the VIP Day are limited to a total of 6 per person, in total, not per shopping session. Ticketholders purchasing more than the allowed amount will be contacted and the balance of tickets over the limit must be transferred to family members or friends. If you are unable to complete the transfer, we are happy to refund tickets over the maximum of six (6).

We are happy to replace that item for you. If you can return to the sale, we should be able to exchange the product on-site. If you are not able to return to the sale, please email factorytotable.us@lecreuset.com a copy of the original sales receipt, highlighting the damaged items, and your contact information and a shipping address.

Absolutely. Mystery box replacement items are predetermined prior to the event and are not a like for like exchange. Please email factorytotable.us@lecreuset.com, including a copy of the original receipt, a photo of the damaged item, your contact information, and a shipping address. Mystery box items are out of their original packaging. Items may have superficial scratches and/or cosmetic damage. This does not affect performance. Cosmetic imperfections do not qualify for replacement items.
